 Annual Discounted Fee = $658.00 (32% savings off our standard fees)

Includes: 4 quadrants of “Deep Cleaning”; 3 perio maintenance cleanings per year; 2 routine exams per year w/ oral cancer screening; 2 emergency exams per year; any needed routine x-rays, gum measurements, Rx Rinse and a 20% discount* off any needed dental treatment.

Discounted Fee = $1,925 (35% savings off our standard fees)

Subsequent years would then qualify for the ‘Platinum” Program discounted fee.
